Wellness Launch

Zabelicious Life is expanding to include a new wellness category to help you live your best life.

Here, we will cover everything from the latest health and wellness news to tips on hair and makeup. Let Zabelicious Wellness be your guide to self care.

I felt called to create a wellness space here, because of my personal health journey over the past nine years. I received an unexpected diagnosis of osteoarthritis at age 50, that resulted in double hip replacement surgery.

Initially I was misdiagnosed, prescribed incorrect therapy, which made the pain worse, and prolonged my suffering. Eventually, after advocating for myself, with the right team of professionals, I was able to get a proper diagnosis, treatment and recovery plan.

Now as a bionic woman of 59, I’m stronger than ever and growing bolder. The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to prioritize your health and wellbeing, and be your own advocate.

Join me, as I tap into the knowledge of health and wellness experts in my circle, who have been essential to my recovery, both physically and mentally.

Learn about ground breaking research related to women’s health and fitness by reading guest articles, featuring our network of experts.

Leading off our launch of the wellness category in our first guest article is Dr. Cheryl Koelling, known to her clients and fans (including me!) simply as, Dr. K, is a practitioner specializing in women’s health, hormones, and metabolism. She is the founder of Kee Health and Strong & Steady Her and is dedicated to helping women build strength, resilience, and long-term wellness through an integrated approach to care.

Discover how functional fitness and functional medicine can make a difference in your life. Get the health and wellness tips you need from the experts I trust, like Dr. K, of Kee Health. The topic she tackles for us first, is one of the most overlooked aspects of women’s health-our bones.
